Ana Sa

Ana Sa has been working in Wellness for over 20 years. After graduating in the year of 2000 with a Bachelor in Exercise and Science at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Ana immediately recognized the power of movement and physical activity for wellness. Shortly after, the science of Yoga awakened her interest. Yoga embraces the importance of a healthy body, mind and spirit. Over the past 12 years her own personal journey brought her even closer to the teachings and path of yoga.

 

After multiple trainings to deepen her knowledge as a yoga teacher, she quickly realized this was only the start for her, as she embraced yoga as not only as her personal practice, but as the foundation to her lifestyle as a whole.

 

Ana is a Quantum Healing Hypnosis, Beyond Quantum Healing Technique and recently, also certified as Illuminated Quantum Healing facilitator, and Reiki level 2 practitioner. She is passionate about building a community where like minded people are working towards the awakening of the human potential, raising consciousness through self realization.

 

In 2019 Ana went to the Amazonian rain forest to immerse herself in the study of the Amazonian Flower remedies.
