My greatest joy is helping to empower, support, and inspire wonderful folks like you to live the most vibrant life possible.  You came here to Earth to fulfill a very important purpose, and there is no one else here that can do it in the same way that you can.  You are special and unique, and the world needs your light.  This is your time to shine!
I grew up in the wild hills of Vermont making healing remedies with my herbalist mom, and going to various spiritual gatherings with her.  As a child I learned to dowse, automatic write, and communicate with my angels and guides.  Because of these experiences, I awakened to the deeper and more expansive truths of the Universe at an early age, and have spent my life learning these and other healing arts skills and sharing them with others.
I received my Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University (Kenmore, WA) in 2004, and spent the years that followed studying and practicing home birth midwifery and various energetic healing modalities and became a Beyond Quantum Healing practitioner in early 2019.
BQH is one of the most beautiful ways I have ever found to bring us each back to deep connection with our divine nature and truth, heal on a deep level, and empower ourselves with the tools to do this rather than needing to seek outside ourselves.  It makes me so happy to be able to guide my clients through this journey of self re-discovery, and help reunite them with their true essence, divine wisdom, and unconditional love.
I love that my BQH practice allows me to marry many of my favorite skills into one beautiful profession. ¬†It combines the healing that personal connection and counseling can provide from Naturopathic medicine, the soothing, gentle, encouraging voice from helping women through labor in midwifery, and my deep love of and fascination with spirituality and the greater workings of the Universe. ¬†Its heart-based approach also honors each individual’s experience as sacred and just right, and helps¬†heal issues at their roots, enabling us to live feeling more freedom, joy, gratitude, expansion, and love. ¬†I feel so honored to be able to work with each of my amazing clients, and am so grateful to offer this beautiful and expansive work to the world.

I was blessed to have the brilliant and insightful Hannah Fogg guide me through my first BHQ session a few weeks ago. I had been a bit nervous at the beginning – but Hannah’s guidance, presence, and voice were so calming and relaxing – I was able to go deep fast!
During the session, which was close to 5 hours, (and seemed to fly by!), I was able to delve into my past and beyond for some wonderful “knowings” and insights into my life, relationships, motivations and existence in general.

I had a wonderful BQH session with Hannah who is genuinely interested in other people and willing to assist in having a meaningful experience.
Even though I was concerned about not being able to go into trance, she instantly made me feel comfortable and her soothing, gentle voice guided me through 3 lifetimes, including a magic place where I reconnected with nature in a beautiful cave full of crystals hidden behind a waterfall. Then she connected me to my higher self and asked the questions I had prepared. After we were finished, she brought me back and we talked about some relevant patterns she noticed in the lifetimes I explored and it helped me look at, with a fresh eye, some of the themes that were coming up for healing.
A couple days after our session a hoopoe showed up in my garden. It was the first time I saw such a beautiful bird and it happened for a reason. I looked up on the internet and found out the hoopoe teaches the ability to tap into ancient wisdom to reach your own profound sense of regality. This bird signals ways to tap into your energy body and to connect to higher realms. It demonstrates touching Mother Earth for balance. Hoopoe shows how to sing your own song and come into your own personal power. It totally made sense with my session with Hannah and no doubt her strong connection to nature and the higher realms brought me to that level of consciousness as a step towards grounding and inner peace in my spiritual journey.
I definitely recommend having a session with Hannah. She's a warm, caring and uplifting practitioner, and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to have a session with her.

My BQH session with Hannah Fogg was just amazing!!! I connected with a lifetime where I was an ET and worked with controlling the electromagnetic power of some type of gateway in the universe. As the ET was discussing the function of the gateway I went into a state where my entire body felt a surge of energy and it was so intense it later started to scan my body and I realized it was clearing my energy field. Hannah then helped with her energy healing technique and I felt so light and the scanning felt wonderful and soothing!! I was also able to connect with my higher self to answer a few of my questions. The answers I received truly provided me with a clear path on what I need to focus on in my life. It was truly an amazing session. Hannah was very professional in her approach and warm and comfortable to talk with. Her voice was very calm and soothing throughout the hypnosis session. She is truly a beautiful and warm soul! I recently had my first BQH session with Hannah and was a little nervous that I’d be able to access anything after previous failed attempts. Hannah put me at ease straight away and I felt really comfortable with her guiding me. She has a very gentle manner and her voice was sooo relaxing. What I adore about Hannah Fogg is her ability to spread love, joy and making her clients feel safe and secure while working with her. She has some very unique spiritual gifts.
During the BQH session Hannah Fogg guided me very professional and safely through my journey, and I felt all the security and support I needed for this from Hannah Fogg. I love Hannah Fogg’s guided meditating’s, and I often use her recordings from YouTube while meditating.

Inner Earth Meditation
In a recent BQH session with a very connected client, we were told that the more people that bring in the light from the sun through themselves and down into Inner Earth, the faster the ascension of humanity would go and the sooner the large wave of energy from the Sun would come (the 'Event' wave). We were told in this session that we should share this meditation far and wide to help further this rise in consciousness of humanity. So please share widely if you feel called to- the more doing this together, the merrier: I originally had made this free guided meditation after watching Allison Coe's recent video about the importance of bringing in the light of the sun, traveling to Inner Earth for healing and rejuvenation, and then bringing that back out with us and through our crown chakras out to humanity. The Big Things Just Got Small

How to Prepare for The Event (The High-Vibrational Energy Coming to Earth): BQH Wisdom for the World

Exploring Healing Domes on New Earth- a BQH Journey: BQH Wisdom for the World

They keep a bubble of protection from the heightened energies there while we are adjusting, and when you're ready you can join others on the New Earth outside the healing domes. Mastering Twin Flame Relationships: BQH Wisdom for the World
This helpful information about twin flames was offered in a BQH session I had recently with Jenn Fisher, a friend and fellow practitioner. The Higher Self came through to give us a broader understanding of these relationships on a soul level: their purpose, as well as the challenges that can present in such relationships. Since hearing it, I have been able to think about how to best navigate my own twin flame relationship to really master the lessons it offers for my own growth and evolution as well as for us as a couple. I recently received this profound message for humanity from a benevolent ET that spoke to me during a meditation. It was unexpected, as I don't often communicate or see ET beings, but it was right there in front of me- so real, and I could feel and hear the depth and importance of each word as it was being shared. It was about first contact and the importance of inviting the benevolent ET beings to help us if we wish for their help in our ascension process.
