This was my first ever session and what an amazing experience. I felt very comfortable with Patricia right from the beginning and she guided be through a very successful BQH session. I felt completely at ease with Patricia from the start and she guided me with calm confidence and validated any feelings that showed up. Her voice was very calming and encouraging and her suggestions were always on point. She really took her time to make the most of my experience. She is open and communicative and I would feel comfortable to address any symptoms/questions with her guidance. I can warmly recommend her as a hypnotherapist and BQH practitioner!
