Sometimes trauma whispers, sometimes it roars, and sometimes it sits in your body causing dis-ease until you are ready to hear the message.

WHAT IS THE EMPRIMA METHOD?

It’s a set of quantum tools I developed which blend psychology with quantum healing to provide a proprietary alternative to psychotherapeutic modalities offered by your mental health provider. Faster, deeper, more efficient. These methods allow you to heal yourself from childhood and adult trauma without hypnosis or psychedelic drugs. These tools also work in releasing epigenetic (generational) and current-life emotions that cause autoimmune flair-ups, somatic pain, or joint pain. Heal the mind, heal the body. 

The primary focus in working with me is to reunite your mind, body, and spirit by guiding and training your energy system to work together as a team during your healing sessions. Your intelligence knows how to heal itself; you just need guidance and amplification to experience the process. I want you to have life-long skills after working with me, not dependency. 

WHO DO I WORK WITH?

I can work with anyone that has access to at least two senses/clairs: seeing, hearing, knowing, feeling. 

My specialty is the impact of emotions on the mind and body, allowing each to have a voice. I am designed to work with heavy emotions such as sexual assault survivors, incest survivors, dissociation, non-immediate suicidal ideation, shame, PTSD, childhood trauma, and military related traumas. I also work well with people that are unable to go under hypnosis.
