Welcome to my posting on Quantum Healers. I am excited that we are crossing virtually as you read these words.
My name is Andrea Richardson; I come from Slovakia and live in Bremen, North Germany. I am an ex-pat, and for over a decade, I have lived in many countries, such as Qatar, The Netherlands, UAE, and England. I love meeting people from different cultures, and being on the move is in my Gemini-influenced nature. Before I got into hypnotherapy, QHHT, and BQH, I worked as a real estate agent, writer, and blogger. I am very passionate about a minimalist lifestyle. I have published a book and spoken at events promoting simple living. By the end of 2019, I decided to take a break from blogging as I struggled to navigate the pressure of balancing mindfulness and social media. The world events of 2020 led me back to re-focus on my spiritual journey and what I really want to do. My journey has been influenced by Eckhart Tolle, Osho, Anthony de Mello, and the one and only master, Dolores Cannon. I have experimented with modalities like MBSR, MBCT, inner child therapy, dream work, and shadow work and I apply these skills today to my hypnotherapy practice. I discovered a non-physical type of yoga called yoga nidra, and I have been trained to teach it by Ally Boothroyd. Yoga Nidra showed me how to use self-hypnosis techniques on myself as a meditation tool. Life synchronicities led me to videos of Dolores Cannon on social media. This is how I discovered her unique technique of hypnotic regression. I knew deep in my soul that I had found my life´s purpose, to become a practitioner. My heartfelt passion for her work drives me today, and I greatly enjoy helping people. I work intuitively, and you will find no time restrictions on how long we spend together in a session. You can expect my undivided attention to your problem, in a safe space, with a non-judgmental and open-minded approach. I will use my skills to find the best way to facilitate a direct line to your subconscious. This will give you all the answers and healing you need. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis; my role is to be a facilitator or a “bridge” to deeper parts of you. I will help you discover the power of your subconscious mind. You can nurture this connection and access it anytime, even after the session ends. I believe it’s imperative we have a personal connection before our session. I had my first QHHT session today with Andrea Richardson. Her voice was soft and calm and hypnotising, I was in trance immediately and slipped deeper and deeper into a beautiful past life. I really was THAT person in THAT life and at the same time I was aware what was going on.
When we got to the SC/ Higher Self all the answers to my questions came immediately and clearly out of my mouth. As if a wiser version of myself revealed its knowledge and wisdom, this was so eye-opening and helpful.
All my questions were answered and I am still blown away by this wonderful experience.
Andrea did a fantastic job, I felt always safe and comfortable during the entire session and her questions were always spot on. I can highly recommend Andrea as a QHHT practitioner!

I took a 4 weeks meditation course with Andrea in February 2022 and it was a life changing experience! This is where my meditation journey truly kicked off and I’m practicing ever since. Andrea has an inspiring spiritual journey herself and I felt immediately connected with her. She is a great teacher, experienced & wise spiritual guide. I am very grateful for this experience that has brought stability and balance in my life. This very special session primarily brought lots of feelings that everything that happens in my life is just OK, that all my choices were right without doubting them and thinking them over and over again. It's extremely easy to follow Andrea's cozy voice that leads you throughout the session. Her voice is like a path that you walk and you wait for new doors to be opened. It was my first experience and although there's no need to repeat it I feel that there are still more " places to be visited " that will open new approaches. I can't thank you enough dear Andrea for seeing things now so calmly and appreciatively with lots of love. Thank you.

I live in the UK and Andrea is based in Germany, so my BQH session was undertaken via Zoom. I found the whole process, from start to finish, completely seamless and very informative. Andrea is very professional, very knowledgeable and approachable. She makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet her. Even though my session was held via Zoom, the experience was just the same as if I were in the same room with Andrea. I do recommend a good set of earphones as this allows the sound to be of a good quality, which in turn enables for an amazing session. We mastered the whole session; from interview right through to contacting my Higher Self without any interruptions and I received all the information I needed. I would highly recommend Andrea if you are looking for answers!
