I created a new modality called “Internal Tourism” which combines Reiki, BQH, and art creation while in a deeply relaxed state. ¬†Not only will you visit another version of yourself, but you’ll also create a souvenir of your journey in the form of a drawing, painting, or sculpture. Using right-brained drawing techniques in a deep state of relaxation, you can bring forth ideas and experiences that words alone could not convey.
