I’ve always been empathic and felt others emotions deeply.  I would be well into adult years before I realized why a crowded store drained me and made my anxious. And why I was extremely uncomfortable around those who were wearing a false mask.

Once I understood how to ground and work on my own soul growth, I could recognize my feelings from others feelings. Then I was able to begin my true journey of helping people one on one to heal their pain and discover their power. This set in motion many years of study and preparation to develop skills and gain tools I need to fulfil this strong pull to  be of service.

Starting in 2007 Reiki was a logical first step, paired with  my study of Quantum Touch and good old fashioned intuition. I love to support people in their desire for balance in a chaotic world. Next I added sound balancing of the biofield and body.  Using tuning forks and singing bowls the field is combed and trapped emotions released. It’s remarkable  that these can have profound effects in only one session and no more than 3 sessions are usually needed to clear out a lifetime of stagnant energy.

I was finally able in 2017 to realize a dream that started in 2014 when I first discovered the work of Michael Newton and Dolores Cannon.  I completed her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique QHHT certification, Past life regression certification with HMI,  and Introspective Hypnosis certification with Antonio Sangio.

I Have worked with George Duisman with CTT Consciousness Transformation Techniques since 2017, which I still practice regularly and conduct Past Life Sessions.

*But by far the MOST REWARDING is Remote Spirit Release.  Trained by the Late Dr Terence Palmer in 2019 this has become my primary focus in Freeing Humanity from their bindings and helping them to step into Soverignty and Power.

I work as part of the Operations Team and as a Senior assessor alongside my good friend Tara Abele at Spirit Release Academy.  SRA is dedicated to Training practitioners to work in pairs to clear Discarnants and  Entities, correct energetic imbalances,  and bring clients back to themselves.  A wonderful method to use to clear a client before Hypnosis.

I have truly found my mission.  It is incredibly beautiful to be the bridge for someone to get connected to the pure and higher part of themselves, to find the healing of forgiveness, release any attachments,  and discover their reason for being.
