Having worked with people from all avenues of life over the years, I soon began to realise they were all facing similar challenges. Because of this I wanted to find a better, quicker way to help those in need.  This learning has helped me understand what works and what doesn't work.

Working with these healing modalities/energy/the higher-self provides a faster way of clearing stuck energy and emotions, promoting healing and wellness. Helping you to overcome and move forward with ease, rather than spending months talking about your problems over and over.

I will help you realise your full potential and guide you to a place of peace, calm and love. I believe that when you love yourself at your deepest core, you make better decisions about your lifestyle, relationships and health.

I had a lovely relaxing session with Theresa who is calm and caring. I got similar messages from my higher self to those I have had before in a Life Between Lives session. I wanted relief from TMJ and at first I thought it wasn't any different. Then the next day I meditated and the pain seemed to life away from me. Highly recommended.
