I find online sessions are remarkably like in-person sessions. I charge the same. I take the same amount of time, 4+5 hours, sometimes more. I never charge more if it goes longer.
Pre-talk 1 hour or more. It matters to me. The time in trance depends on the person. Some people have a lot of stamina for trance work. Others are efficient. It’s done when it’s done; it’s like a unit of work that the person can handle, and I ask the HS if we’re complete.
Now that everyone is getting more comfortable with Zoom, it’s easier. Zoom is also so easy for recording sessions.
In-person sessions are more work – the room I use is also a guest bedroom and a sick bay, and I’m not doing a lot of in-person sessions these days, so I have to tidy up, clean the bathroom, etc.
In either case, I never do more than one in a day.
Sessions demand a lot of concentration and intention, so afterwards I usually take time to relax and do something that doesn’t require concentration and intention, like wander aimlessly in the garden or go for a walk. That’s the same whether the session is online or in person. I’m used to being on the computer a lot anyway, so it’s not so different.
