Mostly yes. Assuming your inbox is not punting the Directory emails to spam, you will absolutely see a notification letting you know there is a client message/ recommendation waiting for you in your account.
If you’d like to make absolutely sure that the Directory emails wont go to spam, you can add [email protected] to your email address book and send yourself a test message on the Directory. That way you can see for sure that messages lands in your inbox.
