Speaking just for myself, I never considered homeowners insurance and I don’t think I would. If I do any insurance, it would be liability insurance as a practitioner only. If anyone should happen to get hurt while in my home, which would then fall under the 2nd umbrella of homeowners insurance, I guess I would just keep it simple in that someone was visiting me. Don’t think it would be relevant as to why they were visiting me. You should also have a good Waiver for clients to sign. People can sue regardless but it will/does help to have it before starting a session.
