I’m a Level 1, and have been for nearly 4 years. I never offered free regression/QHHT sessions. I did have certification in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy prior to my QHHT certification, and I had done some Transpersonal sessions before QHHT certification. Prior to all of that, I had been doing counseling for several years and did a good deal of guided meditation with those clients. I felt comfortable with my ability to do a QHHT session. I did offer to do 6 sessions for only $50. on a first-come-first serve basis, just to truly get my feet wet as well as to get some testimonials going. After that, I started charging more. I’m also a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, and our teaching was that when there’s no energy exchange for services, there may be a disconnect from seeing the service as valuable – which in turn impacts results for the client. I didn’t believe that at first, and so I DID offer Reiki for free to some people who said they couldn’t pay. When I inadvertently discovered they were lying and just didn’t want to pay, I stopped. Now, when I do free Reiki, it is only under certain very specific circumstances. I extend sliding fee options to some when guided to do so. But I never do a regression without some sort of energetic exchange. Others are free to do as they choose. That’s none of my business.
