Christine, love that idea and I have been trying to think along similar lines.

What if a 10% discount coupon could be generated immediately after completing the review? Like a reward for completing the review. A non complicated blanket coupon for the year 2019 that the client could use or give as a gift? One that is good for any BQH service since we are expanding???? How would that work?

In other words, the client leaves the review, receives a discount coupon for 2019 (or for any specified period where business is slow). The Facilitator does not need to keep track of the coupon, (BQH might want to keep a record for a Tax Write off and the client gets a great promotion they can use or give away.

Swapping Sessions Feed Back: (Maybe a reminder to everyone on this benefit?)

I did not realize we could
leave feedback from swapping our sessions until recently. Now that I
know, I am working to thank those members for the sessions and to
provide feedback. I have also requested feedback but it is slow, in
coming…The Holidays are always busy . . . ~:-)

I came across a lovely lady recently needing several sessions we have agreed to swap services as money at this time was an issue for her. This way we both win!

Just throwing ideas out since like you Christine, I am looking for ways to improve business and get those numbers up for reviews.
