I wonder if there could be an incentive… that was NOT a discount. Then you could send a link to say … download something when a review comes in. That would be easy to implement.
The above idea is interesting at first blush, but would need a great deal of capability we at the Directory currently do not have, but might possibly have when we move to a unified platform (a muliti-year project!)
