Clients can add their name a pseudonym or initials. You can mention this to the client but it is CLEARLY stated twice actually, in the instructions you are told you can “choose” your name and in the box provided to type the name it suggests you can add a first name or even anonymous. I have had many leave their initials.
@Chrysilla_Lewies I wonder if you have a preponderance of British clients? Always so mannerly! Maybe that is the difference?
I have not been asking every client to leave a review. I did for a while when the Directory system was up and new. I sometimes ask clients that email me after with nice things to say if they would copy and paste for a review… but not all of them do that.
I think people mostly are well meaning and think they will “get around to it” and then just don’t because they get busy or forget.
I PERSONALLY like the idea of a free download meditation or whatever over the idea of future discounts, but if the discount idea works in your own business go for it.
Remember that OTHER people can leave you a review as well! Not just clients, but colleagues or people who respect your work and know you well.
