Update! its two smaller bugs creating the problem – a pasting issue, which is now resolved and a character limit being hit in the backend.
Right now the limit that is saving as expected is 512 characters….type 513 and the reply vanishes…which is a database problem.
So, half solved! Will let you know when we’ve got it working again completely.
