The problem is this in a nutshell: the host platform designated the ‘replies’ as the WRONG type of text. Meaning that any text longer than 512 characters (in this case) doesn’t register as ‘saved’
This code is all inconveniently behind a wall – I cannot get to it to fix it. I have submitted an error ticket and will continue to pester them…but ultimately it’s in the host platform’s hands how quickly and if they’ll fix it. Sometimes they fix stuff quickly, sometimes it takes weeks.
So – here are the options at the moment, wait on adding a reply, OR shorten the reply to 512 characters or less.
I’m sorry I don’t have a fix right now : /
