Super! Thank you! Just so that your aware – I was successfully able to add the reply (using character limit) to the review that became the subject of this thread. I then went to add a similar reply to another review and despite keeping with the character limit, it would not add. So, I guess when testing their ultimate fix, they’ll want to test it on a variety of reviews vs just one 🙂 Thanks again!!!! <3 <3 <3
