You’re right, it seems like they changed it yet again, they funnel you into smart campaigns when you create an account.
To follow the tutorial, you want to click on “Expert Mode” at the bottom of this page:Then select “Search campaign”
By that point you’ll be at the second half of Step 2 in my tutorial.
