    @julia_israch  Thanks very much, Julia!  Hmm, food for thought!  If you have a 2 hour interview, then the main session would be about 2 hours.  This is much shorter than what I’ve been doing.  Again, food for thought…thank you so much for sharing!

    @annette-bourget  Thank you very much, Annette!  Wow, 3 hours in total.  Ok, based on what you’ve said, I think I can wrap my head around how you do that.  Really making them efficient and getting to the main points.  Yes, I typically split up the interview portion these days.  I like that so that it gives room for things to settle a bit in between.  However, that also ends up likely resulting in longer sessions overall since the “niceties” are then in both meetings and I also check back in with them to see if they have any more points to add or if anything else has come up (usually there has been!).  Which is all beneficial overall, but not for the length of the sessions…you’ve also given me great food for thought, so thank you!
