yes… all of this is being taken very seriously. The partnership is actively being clarified in writing, including expectations, booking flow, space usage, cancellation policies, energetic considerations, and financial arrangements. One of the reasons this has felt aligned so far is that the owner is genuinely open to learning about the work and adjusting systems to support it properly, rather than trying to fit it into an existing box.
I’m grateful for the reminders to not assume anything and to communicate everything. That perspective is invaluable in life…hahaha
