The Sites provides a collection of online resources, including classified ads, forums, catalogs, and various email services available on or through a quantum healing practitioner directory and/or an interactive forum providing information and discussion related to quantum healing hypnosis therapy known as Original Quantum Healing Support Forum (the “Services”).The Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (“Terms of Use”) and the Privacy Policy constitute a binding agreement between you and Quantum. Please read carefully through all sections of these Terms of Use. Your access to and use of the Sites is subject to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. By registering with, creating an account, accessing and/or otherwise using the Sites, or otherwise submitting your contact information to receive more information from us through the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Proprietary Rights
You may not use the contents of the Sites in any manner or for any purpose that would constitute infringement of Quantum’s, its licensors’, or the Sites’ other user’s intellectual property rights. You may not copy or post any content of the Sites in any other public forum without the written consent of Quantum and the respective owner, including forums such as other websites, web services, or print publications. You may not use, copy or quote content, or user information, to include user contact information, on any of the Sites for any purpose other than the purpose of the Sites. You may not contact users of the Sites to market or sell third-party products without the express written permission of Quantum. Ozark Mountain Publishing (OMP), Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy (QHHA) and its affiliates and employees, contractors and/or moderators may not use content on these Sites to contact or communicate with any user of the Sites for any reason, nor may OMP, QHHA, its affiliates and employees/contractors/moderators use content on these Sites to restrict, or attempt to restrict, the trade of any user of the Sites. Quantum or its licensors own all trademarks and service marks appearing on the Sites. The unauthorized use or misuse of these trademarks and service marks is prohibited.
Access to the Sites
If you register for a subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fee identified on the Sites for your access to the subscription-controlled portions of the Sites. However, Quantum reserves the right to discontinue your access to all or a portion of the Sites if you violate these Terms of Use or any applicable laws in its sole discretion. Quantum reserves the right to change the Sites or Services in its sole discretion by adding or removing services, information, content or others features of the Sites.
Payment
All subscription payments will be processed using a third-party payment provider. Quantum does not collect or store your payment information. All payments will be governed by the terms of use of the third-party payment provider which can be accessed Privacy Policy, https://stripe.com/us/privacy/
Your Communications to the Sites
Except to the extent your content or communications to Quantum include Personal Data (defined in the Privacy Policy), by forwarding any content or communications to Quantum through the Sites or by other electronic means, you thereby grant Quantum a perpetual, royalty-free, world-wide, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, redistribute, and display such content and communications in any form for the purposes of providing the Services and any purpose tangentially related to the Services. - Posting any information that is intended to convey legal advice. All users should consult licensed attorneys for certain legal advice related to their individual circumstances.
- Using or submitting any offensive content including, but not limited to, obscene language, obscene references, obscene images, threatening or harassing messages, discriminatory actions, messages, or images, and defamatory statements.
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent statements or content.
- Creating a username in violation of anyone’s trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right.
- Creating a username that contains offensive content. Offensive content may include, but is not limited to, obscene language, obscene references, threatening or harassing messages, or defamatory statements.
- Engaging in activity that is unauthorized advertisement or promotions, including unauthorized solicitation of users of the Sites.
- Collecting personal information of other users of the Sites without the user’s consent.
- Engaging in activity that compromises the Sites. Such activity may include, but is not limited to hacking, IP attacks, worms, viruses, spamming, phishing, cancel bots, Trojan horses, and mail bombing or crashing.
- Engaging in any activity designed to impede the use of the Sites by other users, including overloading and flooding.
- Framing or deep linking into the Sites.

Severability.

If the offending provision cannot be so modified, then the same shall be deemed stricken from these Terms of Use in its entirety and the remainder of these Terms of Use shall survive with the said offending provision eliminated.

Thank you. Candace, you need to let everybody know on FREE FORUM that what they are posting on facebook is not protected by FB. What are privacy/copyright protections on Vanilla Forums? Does any of that matter after 12.21.2012? Who owns a copyright on a past life or full QHHT session – as long as publishing goes? I am truly curious.

I also have a suggestion – to have something like “OMG” section on FREE FORUM – where ALL QHHT practitioners can share their amazing sessions and ask for advice or support or just share the wonder and amazement. I feel that by limiting this forum to “dedicated practitioners” only sends folks who can’t afford it into all kinds of unsafe places on the Net. Anything shared on facebook or any other public forum can be used by anybody without any permission or copyright. I wonder – how this forum can be a safe and welcoming place for all TRULY DEDICATED PRACTITIONERS, commited to this work, regardless of their ability to pay the fee? Because we need to start living what we preach, and SC tell EVERYBODY “Money does not matter!”…

Thanks so much for your posts…and questions, you bring a lot of energy to the Forum.Regarding free access for everyone to the (entire interactive portion of) our Forum. This subject has been
discussed multiple times already, but it’s been awhile so maybe it’s time
for a refresher.When we used to have a completely free advice forum (over
on Yahoo for over 3 years), frankly by the end it was chaos and
unmanageable. While many tried valiantly to post session information and seek and
offer advice we were overrun by every new class that asked the same basic questions over and over and over again.It wasn’t their fault. Yahoo archives were limited organizationally and difficult to search, and there were real concerns about membership and privacy of the information.
The truly dedicated
practitioners were starting to drift away tired of it all. I frankly was just about ready to quit and simply concentrate on my own busy practice and stop helping others. Many people did quit and some have never returned. This still makes me sad.So…Dolores, Julia and I regrouped around this time last year and decided that rather than eliminate the group entirely the Forum needed to be/do a couple of things:– Professional and structured nothing like the FREE FB or Yahoo Groups out there– Cater to those who are serious about practicing Dolores’ method, not to every student– Be private with real names and pictures so we get to know and trust each other– Provide a structure continuing our QHHT Education
– Offer real professional services like the website template and interviews– Cover our costsHere are some facts for you and others to consider. Facts that many are not aware of.– Over 80%, maybe closer to 90% of Dolores trained students do not go on
to build practices around her method. They’ve taken the classes for
personal reasons, which is of course perfectly fine. Not everyone needs to become a practitioner.– Over 80%, again, probably closer to 90%
of those currently on the Forum do not post anything, ever, except the
occasional thanks to someone else for posting something. The 10+% of the rest are
carrying the load of posting sessions and stories.– We now do cover our costs and find that only those serious about this
work tend to stick around and see this very nominal fee as a good investment
in their continuing education plus the added marketing value. For most,
the annual cost of this forum is about what most charge for one
session.(That does not mean you must charge your
clients, there are several highly respected practitioners on the Forum
who do not and that is, of course, perfectly fine and completely up to the individual.)– Since we use our real names and images, we have a loving,
trusting, private community unmatched by anything I’ve seen on the web.As
to the ‘money’ topic. Again, discussed many, many time in other posts.
Our reality right now is that we operate in a world that requires us to
play the money game.Dolores charges clients. I charge clients. Most of
the experienced practitioners on the Forum charge their clients. We all
need money today for shelter, sustenance, transportation,
infrastructure, etc.I remain hopeful that someday this need will also
change. Lets see what the new year brings, shall we?We maintain that an energy exchange for this interactive portion of the Forum is helpful in valuing the Forum, much as the often repeated advice of the SC having clients provide an energy exchange so that they value their QHHT sessions!
Free often is not very valuable.
What we must be careful about is being respectful to
each other, take the time to get to know everyone and invest in reading
about the work that has happened over the last four years.We value EVERYONE who has joined our Dedicated Practitioner Community.
We especially are grateful to those who actually contribute, and create the session information from which all of us benefit.

I agree with this whole document and it clarifies so much for me. I had no idea what percentages of people are or are not doing this work, etc. That almost makes me even more committed as I believe this work needs to be available to people who want this kind of help. Thanks for taking the time to provide us, again and again, with so much valuable information about the story of this Forum. It “feels” complete, sensible, and grounded, when I read it. Again, thanks!

Diane, it took a long time to have this information filter back. Years actually. I was really surprised when the actual picture of Practitioners started to materialize.
And the sad fact remains that many people still wish to be listed as QHHT Practitioners and yet, do not respond to prospective client emails or calls and often will not take sessions even when contacted. So odd, I know, but this is a continual problem.
People contact Dolores’ office, and me, every single day looking for Practitioners who actually practice the method of QHHT when they run into this problem. Its why the RECOMMENDED Program will someday be in effect and why now, the best we have is this, the Dedicated Practitioner Program and Community.
Thanks again for being such a thoughtful and active member of our Community Diane.
By the way, I had a former client of yours recently contact me with glowing accolades. It was a tremendous gift. I meant to forward you on that comment, if I didn’t let me know and I will go look for it!

That is a wonderful explanation. I have to say that before I took Level one, I searched for a practitioner close to me, emailed several, only heard back from one and as I was ready to book, he didn’t reply! On his behalf, he said he didn’t do clients, just wanted to learn the process but seemed willing, initially to work with me.From that point, I started looking on DC’s website for people with websites, figuring they were more serious.Much Love,Suzanne 🙂

Appreciate the posting on the forum Golden Rules, its a great way to start fresh for 2013.
As a new DP and just starting my QHHT business, I appreciate the comments on limited access to the forum. I attended the class to start a business as a QHHT Practitioner. If people take QHHT classes for their own personal reasons, so be it.
Anybody can have their name on “a list.” for free, but what are the checks and balances in the credibility of said list if there is a void in having requirements or responsibilities for having their name listed. When potential clients are looking for “practicing” Practitioners, there should be a delineation such as DP, so the public knows who to contact and….it puts responsibility on the Practitioner to keep their profile up to date. I am also a RN who takes my profession seriously and frown on misrepresentation, such as calling a doctor’s office assistant, “his nurse”. If you ask the person if they are an RN, they respond “no, I am a medical assistant”.
It appears there are two outcomes or tracks after QHHT training, one for personal reasons and one for development of a practice (doesn’t matter if the DP charges for their session or not) I support having the forum for DPs only because where else could DPs go to receive and give ongoing support. The cost of being a DP is the cost of growing a practice as a business expense.
As a professional and consumer, I want to know who is interacting with me, then I can make my own decision from there.

Angelic realm? How interesting! This is the first time I hear about it in QHHT forum…Was this client a devout Christian? There is a big discussion on how to present QHHT and past lives regression to devout Christians on facebook QHHT group, and if there is a possibility that soul may come straight from angelic realms and can experience it during QHHT – this can be a major attraction for people who do not believe in past lives, but believe in angels (and there are way more people who believe in angels then in past lives…) I was raised as an atheist in communist Russia, but when I was a kid I often found myself in “Heaven” in my dreams – flying above rainbow colored crystal domed buildings, playing with other flying kids…we did not have wings, but we had shiny robes on and a lot of ribbons and everything was glowing. Now I do not even know – was it another planet or dimension – I stopped having these dreams about 8-9 yo…

Yes, angelic realm. His twin soul, another angel, used to appear to him when he was a small child. She stopped doing this as he grew up so as not to be disturbing to him, or to confuse him/scare him. He is from a group of Angels but he is the only one who volunteered to incarnate at this time. The others in his group think that he is very brave for doing this! He was a dear man and this really had nothing to do with any religious ideology at all. This was his life and he had experiences that were unusual his whole life. He also has deeply intuitive/psychic ability which started him on his search for more understanding. Which lead him to QHHT, Candace, and then me, thankfully.
I like to say that we just try to “meet people where they are at” for this QHHT work. Some people are very afraid of anything outside of their comfort zone, or their teachings/conditioning. We are here to help them in the very best way we can. Often our SC can help guide us in this process (it always is). Best to you and I love reading about your childhood travels! How great that must have been. I am certain that your own life experiences will help you to reach out to others that have had strong social conditioning.Best to you!
