My name is Ali, and I am the Spiritual Architect,

I am the founder of Soul Healing Essentials practicing out of Seal Beach, California. I conduct sessions online as well as host a podcast called; SHE Talks available on your favorite podcast feeds.

The main component of any spiritual practice is to go within to find what our soul is truly about and what our purpose is within this journey of life we have chosen. All healing is Self-Healing and when we experience dis-ease within our body or within our environment and our life experience it is our body’s way of telling us something has breached the system. We get signs, we get repeating patterns and if we are not in tune and ignore the subtle signs, we get bigger signs and eventually discomfort and illness.
