I am always learning and developing my techniques. What I have found over the years is that everyone and every session is different. There is no way to plan for a session, besides being open to the information you will receive. I like to have many tools in my toolbox when doing this work. This is why I blend the methods, use my intuition, reiki healing and crystal energy to help us achieve a great session. During this deep dive session, we will get to explore many realms and issues you might be dealing with. You may visit past lives, other realms and species, connect with loved ones and so much more. We will spend around 45 minutes going through some questions and talking about what you would like to explore and work on. We will then spend around 2 to 2.5 hours in hypnosis diving deep and connecting with your higher self. We will conclude the session going over what we witnessed and discuss some steps in which you can implement them going forward. Please clear your schedule for the entire day if possible. It is important to meditate, eat well and ground yourself before the sessions. A list of questions can be prepared to ask the higher self during the session.
