A little bit about myself. I have lived in many places from Zimbabwe, South Africa, Switzerland and various parts of the UK but in December of 2022 I moved to Newquay. Being close to the coast was an attraction for me as I spent my school going years growing up in Durban, South Africa and the beach was always a fun place to spend time, my happy place. A coastal town has a relaxed and happy vibe and a sense of freedom to it, and I just love the sounds and smells of the ocean.As a child my mother used to say I had healing hands and although my career did not take me into a traditional healing type career such as a nurse or doctor or similar, the subject of healing was always in the background. During my younger years I was a long-time migraine sufferer and eventually pushed myself to find a solution to this issue, that would not involve taking medication. This led me to study many different healing modalities such as Reiki, Hypnosis, EFT, QHHT, BQH and I even trained as a yoga instructor along the way. While studying these healing modalities my spiritual awareness and focus increased as I participated in many different workshops and listened to many renowned speakers along the way. Today I am a happy, calm individual who loves to help others find their way or just generally chat about life, spiritual topics and how we can make life calm, peaceful and love focused.
