The only thing I would do differently is, I would leave ample time for the session and time to process before and after the session—it’s long but worth it, and as long as it is, it is still a good idea to leave couple of hours to process before and after.

Choosing to work with Eve was one of the best decisions I have made. The half day experience was more healing for my mind, body, and soul, than years of CBT (cognitive based therapy) ever were. Eve took time to listen to my full background and history to fully understand what I was wanting to work through and heal during the session with her. I was impressed by the depth and quality of our conversations prior to the regression part of the session, and the care she took to make sure she explained her process, why she would be doing everything she was to help me get into a full regression. I felt seen, safe, cared for, and respected the entire time.
Eve intuitively listened and asked organic questions that weren’t part of the set of questions I’d come up with to ask my SC (subconscious) to help pull out details she knew I would need based on our conversations prior to the hypnosis. Have you ever met someone for the first time and felt an instant connection? Well, that happened when I first met Eve. We hit it off during our first phone conversation and the fun continued when we met in person. I have had two previous sessions of QHHT with another wonderful practitioner (who moved away) and was anxious to continue.
Luckily, Eve fit the bill. It is critical in this work to have complete trust in the practitioner and Eve makes you feel very safe and comfortable while dipping into your higher self.
Eve got me! She is an amazing listener and very intuitive. I was able to release some deeply held emotions and experiences in order to make the session more meaningful. Even when I rambled, she could help me formulate and focus the questions I wanted answers to. Being relaxed, comfortable and soothed are an understatement in the serene setting she has created and I really responded to her approach to getting into my subconscious mind. She took me through two past lives, dealt with cutting cords, and a body scan to talk to my body about its needs and issues.
Taking a trip with your soul is difficult to explain but so extraordinary! I am grateful for Eve and her mastery as a QHHT practitioner. I will be visiting her regularly in the future.
