I am Liliana Soto, a certified Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) practitioner, QHHT practitioner, and 250-hour certified yoga teacher, and the founder of Luna Flame Wellness.

My work is rooted in one core truth:

the body, subconscious, and Higher Self already know how to heal — they simply need a safe, grounded space to be heard.

I specialize in subconscious and Higher Self–led healing through expanded states of awareness. My sessions support individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, emotionally burdened, or called to understand the deeper “why” behind their life experiences.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique 

• A structured hypnosis-based approach rooted in the Dolores Cannon method, supporting:

With a foundation as a 250-hour certified yoga teacher, I integrate breath, body awareness, and nervous system regulation when appropriate—especially for clients who struggle to visualize or feel fully present.

Astrology & Human Design (Supportive Tools)

• When aligned, I may gently weave in astrology or Human Design as reflective tools to help clients better understand their energetic patterns and life cycles. These tools never override the Higher Self—they simply offer context.

My work is client-led, trauma-aware, and deeply respectful. I do not interpret, suggest, or impose narratives. Instead, I hold space for your own inner wisdom to emerge naturally.

I am especially supportive of clients who:

I value integrity, grounded spirituality, nervous system safety, and embodied healing. I believe true transformation happens when insight is paired with compassion and practical integration.
