My mission is to help empower you in reconnecting with the magic and power of your imagination, the wisdom of your body, as well as the gifts that you have brought to the planet. I help to facilitate self-healing and the release of emotional/physical/mental blockages and fear so you can achieve your dreams while helping the planet in your own specific way. 

I offer quantum healing sessions in English or German (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, Beyond Quantum Healing or Introspective Hypnosis – online and in Berlin). This was the single most helpful healing modality I experienced during my healing journey, it is still my go-to in times of transformation or transition, and I want to share it with others. It is important to me to help you experience sensations and changes in the body during the session, and I offer integration sessions as well to help the new changes land in the body more fully in the weeks after. I also offer 3-month or 6-month support in case you’re going through big transitions or transformations and are looking for a regular person to turn to during your metamorphosis.

I am passionate about the plant and mushroom worlds and working with them in various ways for healing, awakening, expressing creativity and creating connection.

Meine Mission ist es, dich dabei zu unterstützen, dich wieder mit der Magie und Kraft deiner Vorstellungskraft, der Weisheit deines Körpers sowie den Gaben zu verbinden, die du auf diese Erde mitgebracht hast. Ich begleite Prozesse der Selbstheilung und helfe dabei, emotionale, körperliche und mentale Blockaden sowie Ängste zu lösen, damit du deine Träume verwirklichen kannst – und dabei auf deine ganz eigene Weise zum Wohle des Planeten beiträgst.

Ich biete Quantenheilungssitzungen auf Deutsch oder Englisch an (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, Beyond Quantum Healing oder Introspektive Hypnose – online und in Berlin). Diese Methode war während meines eigenen Heilungsweges die mit Abstand hilfreichste Erfahrung für mich; sie ist bis heute mein Anker in Zeiten von Wandel und Übergang. Genau deshalb möchte ich sie mit anderen teilen. Mir ist es wichtig, dass du während der Sitzung Veränderungen und Empfindungen im Körper bewusst wahrnehmen kannst. Zusätzlich biete ich Integrationssitzungen an, um die neuen Impulse und Veränderungen in den Wochen danach tiefer im Körper zu verankern. Wenn du dich in einer größeren Übergangs- oder Transformationsphase befindest, kannst du auch eine begleitende Unterstützung über drei oder sechs Monate in Anspruch nehmen – als verlässliche Ansprechperson während deiner Metamorphose.

Eine weitere große Leidenschaft von mir ist die Arbeit mit Pflanzen und Pilzen. Ich begegne ihnen auf vielfältige Weise – zur Unterstützung von Heilung, zum kreativen Ausdruck und zur Vertiefung von Verbindung.
