Empower your mindset with a clear plan to mental wellbeing, and holistic mental health solutions proven to work! In my sessions, I emphasize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, brain wave training, positive psychology, and lots of motivation to help you succeed! Some of my holistic therapies are listed below.
 
For considerably deep healing and spiritual development, I am pleased to offer both QHHT/BQH Sessions and Regression Therapy.
 
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) are techniques that promote your body’s own physical healing process through exploration of your quantum identity. Your session will help facilitate personal growth by allowing you to see and understand what is possible beyond the physical realm. Gain more awareness to heal your spiritual connection to Source and stimulate your physical health. These sessions are instrumental in healing past life and current life trauma and often you will see profound results in a single session. You can also use these sessions to access your Higher Self, life purpose, spiritual gifts, and quantum family. These therapy sessions often produce powerful change in a single session and are instrumental in healing trauma, and producing tremendous spiritual breakthroughs.
 
Regression Therapy is a hypnotic modality in which I guide you to explore your past in your current lifetime. Regression allows you to understand the root cause of a condition, mindset or belief pattern. This therapy often produces powerful change in a single session and is instrumental in healing trauma. Depending on the trauma, multiple sessions may be needed to reprogram the subconscious mind and release negative belief patterns.
 
Mental Health Coaching to help you with creating healthy coping skills and behavior change patterns for personal growth.
 
Meditation and Mindfulness to help you manage stress better, challenge mental barriers, and empower your mind. There are many forms of meditation that we can use to craft a program that works for you!
 
Breathwork can help you control your body and reaction to stress! I am trained in various breathwork techniques and exercises that can help give you a jolt of energy, quickly promote relaxation, and help with chronic stress concerns such as anxiety.
 
Yoga and Flexibility Training (including Kundalini Yoga) to help your muscles relax and stimulate your mind-body connection! As a yoga instructor, I  incorporate breathing, mantra meditation, asanas, balance, energy work, and focused intent into your yoga session. We can modify any exercise to suit your specific needs. I  also offer assisted and PNF stretching to enhance your results.
 
Neurocoaching incorporates behavioral change with neurofeedback. I use brain training tools such as neuro trackers and mediation enhancers to keep you engaged and deliver quicker results.
 
Reiki helps by clearing the energy centers in your body, or chakras. I will hover over your body or use light touch at each of seven main chakras. I will use visualization, intention, and meditation to enhance connection to Source and channel healing energy through the chakras. Reiki heals energetically, which stimulates physical healing. It is important to note the practitioner is a facilitator of healing.
 
Sound Frequency Therapy using tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, rain sticks and other instruments to awaken the body and heal with frequency. Sound baths are also a popular way to spiritually connect and offer a great meditation to relax and release stressors of the day. Each sound bath session begins with a breathing exercise and setting a positive intention for yourself. Private and group sessions available.
 
EFT/TFT is a modality using proven tapping techniques to stimulate energy points along meridians in the body. Tapping has been shown to ease pain, improve energy and mental wellbeing, and help with eliminating old behavior patterns by reprogramming the brain.
