My name is Shelby, and I’m a certified QHHT and BQH practitioner with over 100 hours of experience guiding clients through these powerful modalities. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing—and personally experiencing—the deep insight, clarity, and healing that hypnosis can bring. This work continues to inspire me every day, and I’m truly passionate about sharing these transformative techniques with those who feel called to explore them.

I offer sessions from my peaceful, dedicated hypnosis studio located in my home in Scottsdale, AZ. The space is designed to be warm, private, and grounding—an ideal environment for deep inner work.
