This Saturday we have a powerful Ring Of Fire Solar Eclipse as well as a New Moon and Solstice!

Here are some tips to integrate all the incoming energies and stay in alignment! 

Take responsibility for your creation! Allow what is no longer serving you to fall away with grace and ease. Trust your intuitions and nudges.

Here is a supporting affirmation Р“I am in complete alignment with my Higher Self” .

Take a step back from all the duality happening on the planet. Let the lower realities play out and have the knowing that this is serving a greater purpose. The old must come up to be released. 

I know it's been tempting to follow all the media, and the dark plans but it is time to focus on Love and Unity. Keep your eye on the higher trajectory. 

Listen to your body! You may be feeling totally flattened, high on energy, everyone's experience will be different. Drink lots of water and rest when you feel the need too. Allow your body to integrate all that is coming up with love. 

This is a time of reset and recalibration. Our DNA is upgrading.

Water fasting (check with your medical team first) or juice fasting in the days leading up to the eclipse will be helpful. 

If that's not an option eating live organic foods will be great .
