  • Expanding Into a Wellness Center Partnership ~ What Should I Know???

Kenneth Baker III Posted by Kenneth Baker III on 2025-12-10 at 9:20 AM

    Hiii everyone!!!
I intend you’re all flowing gently through the field today.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be partnering with a local wellness center to begin offering in-person sessions. Up until now, my practice has lived mostly online, so stepping into a physical space ~ one intentionally created for Healing and commUNITY ~ feels like a powerful, aligned expansion for me.

As I prepare for this shift, I’ve been sitting with the differences between holding a session across the screen and being in the room with someone… feeling their breath, the energy in the space, the subtle changes in presence. It’s a beautiful evolution, but also new territory. So I wanted to reach out to all of you ~ the practitioners whose work I admire and whose wisdom continually inspires me.

For those of you who already offer in-person sessions or partner with a center:

    • Did your in-person sessions require anything different from your online ones???

    • Are there specific tools or small investments that became essential for you???
(I already know I may need to invest in a recorder, but I’m curious what else supported you.)

    • Did you notice energetic or boundary-based differences???

    • How did you prepare your space, your body, or your energy field differently???

    • And if you’ve partnered with a wellness center, what helped the collaboration feel smooth, reciprocal, and honoring on both sides???

    • If you were starting in-person sessions all over again… what’s the one thing you’d absolutely make sure to have in place???

I’m deeply grateful for any insights you’re open to sharing. This community has always felt like a well of experience and generosity, and it felt important to learn from those who’ve already walked this path.

THANK YOU for holding space and for everything each of you brings to this work.

    Have An Amazing EVERYthing!!!

    I have a question!

    why?

I’m not being confrontational. I simply want to understand your motivation to switch things up.

in person sessions, a dedicated space, a partnership, are all going to affect your “take home pay“

meaning, of course, that in person sessions are going to have a greater expense.

again please don’t take that as confrontation- but it is one of your biggest considerations.

are you hoping that you will somehow book more sessions at a center? Is your metaphysical community in your current location, robust enough to support regular in person clientele?

    looking forward to your thoughts

    Love, Candace

Hi Candace!!! thank you for your questions… they’ve actually helped me clarify the deeper “why” behind this shift…

part of what makes this partnership feel aligned is that my online clientele slowed down over the last couple of years while navigating some major life transitions… I’ve been rebuilding, and I’ve been feeling a strong pull to offer in-person work again. I don’t have a space in my apartment that feels appropriate for the session, so I’ve been waiting for the right environment to open up

this wellness center is truly unique for this area… I’m actually the first practitioner offering this type of work there, and the owner is rewriting their handbook specifically to integrate Quantum Healing sessions. It feels like the modality is genuinely needed in this area, and there aren’t any other practitioners nearby offering this kind of work. So even though the take-home pay is lower, the opportunity itself gives me:

    • visibility in a community that’s never experienced this work

    • access to their existing clientele and resources

    • a professional, dedicated space to hold deeper sessions

    • networking, business support, and local relationship-building

it feels like an investment in long-term growth and a foundation for expanding both my in-person and online presence… I’m still offering online sessions and will be navigating the balance between the two, but adding in-person work feels like the next right step for where my practice is heading

I really appreciate your mentorship and would Love to hear any guidance on things practitioners often learn when stepping into dedicated spaces like this

    SO MUCH LOVE ~Kenneth

    • Did your in-person sessions require anything different from your online ones???

Yes. A perfectly clean space with no or minimal distractions such as noise or activity. Access to a dedicated bathroom or at the very least, a minimally used shared one. Good parking or dedicated spaces for clients. Aligned neighbors

    • Are there specific tools or small investments that became essential for you???
(I already know I may need to invest in a recorder, but I’m curious what else supported you.)

    A good chair.

    • Did you notice energetic or boundary-based differences???

Yes. In person clients, especially those who travel in from afar or even drive a good bit, tend to want and or need more time.

    • How did you prepare your space, your body, or your energy field differently???

My neighbor’s schedules were important. Their noisest times were avoided and I also found I needed to keep in communication with them – sometimes even texting saying “I am starting my induction….” to assure extra quiet and balance.

    • And if you’ve partnered with a wellness center, what helped the collaboration feel smooth, reciprocal, and honoring on both sides???

    N/A

    • If you were starting in-person sessions all over again… what’s the one thing you’d absolutely make sure to have in place???

Control of as much as possible in terms of immediate session space, and communication completed… about almost everything you can imagine.

Going into biz or partnership is tricky with friends/family if this is the case… take special care.

Examples of things that come to mind:  Is the A/C too cold for you and your client? Can you adjust? What if you are the only one present and there is an issue with the bldg?  Are the walls thin and the adjoining room’s activities a surprise or are there standard schedules you can count upon? Does your Wellness center understand our work well enough to know you might have shouting/tears or other strong reactions from clients at times? Do they understand also that some sessions last far longer than anticipated? What will your cancellation policy be if you have reserved a room or space and your client ghosts you? Are the details around the established client list/contacts/ads or promo etc worked out.

These are just off the top of my head of course so much more comes up. The idea is to not have EITHER party surprised about anything. Its interesting how we assume so much in these types of situations. Don’t assume anything and talk talk talk.

Is your agreement and partnership in writing?

If these details are not decided yet or all is still vague- do NOT begin until all details are clearly laid out and you have them in writing. Expectations on both sides, percentages or payment/fee arrangements/ booking procedures/ communications and … giving notice if/when things change and the arrangement is no longer beneficial to both.

Best of luck in your new adventure Kenneth! Take photos – let us know how it goes!

    @candace

thank you so much for taking the time to respond so thoroughly!!! I Truly appreciate the care and foresight behind your questions.

yes… all of this is being taken very seriously. The partnership is actively being clarified in writing, including expectations, booking flow, space usage, cancellation policies, energetic considerations, and financial arrangements. One of the reasons this has felt aligned so far is that the owner is genuinely open to learning about the work and adjusting systems to support it properly, rather than trying to fit it into an existing box.

I’m grateful for the reminders to not assume anything and to communicate everything. That perspective is invaluable in life…hahaha

Your points about control of space, communication, boundaries, and surprises are exactly what we’re taking into account right now.

Thank You again for your care, your experience, and your willingness to ask the questions that matter.

I’ll absolutely keep the community posted as things unfold!!!

    Hi Kenny,

Congrats on this new phase of your work! I have a slightly different take, as I never practiced BQH online, only in person (personal preference); however, 95% of our channelings are online simply because our clients find us from all over the world. We run our Treehouse event space, as well, where we host in-person events and gatherings.

I think it is super important for those of us doing this work to connect with people in person. Yes, there are different hurdles to think about, but there is something significant (IMHO) about being together physically. When we meet clients in person, the bulk are going to be from the surrounding community. This provides a continued network of people, locally, to draw upon for support.

Will and I truly enjoy bringing people together, in community, hosting in-person events, speaking to other groups, and getting together with other seekers. New seekers NEED people to meet up with, physically, as they grow and evolve. Yes, there are TONS of great things happening online, but it isn’t the same. So many people we encounter have NO ONE to simply chat with, no tribe. Often, they can’t even talk about these things with their spouse or family.

So, all of this is simply to say that it is important to have an in-person client base not just as a way to earn a living but also as a way to bring people together and support them (or help them support each other).

Do share what you learn along the way!
