  • First Video Edit with CapCut – Feedback Welcome!

    Hello everyone,

I just uploaded my first edited video to my QuantumHealers.com profile: The Truth About Hypnosis. This is also my first time using CapCut for production and having an actual talking-head video. I would love your impressions both on the content (clarity, engagement, tone) and the production quality (visual flow, pacing, audio balance).

Here is the link to my profile with the video: https://youtu.be/39LkG7Ur7ik?si=l_2Wlm-1_UdRtzKe

Your honest feedback will help me improve future recordings. Thanks in advance!

    Sophie

Sophie, I love your video!!! This is something that I am paranoid about creating, a video. The material and how you deliver it are sensational and will be helpful to potential clients.

Congratulations!!!!!!!         Please email me a link. [email protected]

    Thank you

That’s a very good video. Can I ask, did you manage this with the free version or did you have to pay. Also have you managed to edit your session videos with the same application. Thank you

    Hi Debra,

Thank you again for the kind words.

    To answer your questions:

    • I edited this video using the paid version of CapCut (I logged in through my daughter’s account, which gives access to additional fonts and effects).

    • For session recordings, I have not used CapCut yet.
In the past I have used ShotCut for those, mostly because it handles long files reliably. But with my clinical practice and the writing work for my books, I keep editing to a minimum.

For client sessions, I usually only create audio files with a static image, something symbolic or related to the main landscape or theme that came up during the session. It is simpler, and it avoids spending hours in post-production.

If I eventually switch to CapCut for longer session edits, I will share updates.

    Sophie
