  • How long are your online regression sessions, and how do you divide time in a session?

I have a question to practitioners who work online. Regressions only – not any psychic readings or energy healing… How long is your typical session? How much time do you use for pre-talk, induction, time in trance and post talk? Are your sessions unlimited in time, or you have a limit? How much do you go over the limit? Do you have different prices for different length of sessions or no? How long you can work online before you feel really tired? I noticed that I can go much longer in person than online, though online sessions are way more convenient, but I feel that energetically they are more tiring.i wonder if this is just my own feeling, or a other feel this also?

@Irina_Nola The format of my online regression sessions are pretty much the same as my in-person sessions, and take on average up to 4-5 hrs. On a rare occasion, the session can go longer (usually in-person) to about 6 hrs if I’m guided to. My fees are the same and do not depend on the length of the session. Yes, I also feel that although online sessions are a bit more convenient to conduct as they don’t require room preparation, etc they’re somewhat more energetically intense.

Very interesting question. Looking forward to hear responses from other members of this forum!❤️

I find online sessions are remarkably like in-person sessions. I charge the same. I take the same amount of time, 4+5 hours, sometimes more. I never charge more if it goes longer.

Pre-talk 1 hour or more. It matters to me. The time in trance depends on the person. Some people have a lot of stamina for trance work. Others are efficient. It’s done when it’s done; it’s like a unit of work that the person can handle, and I ask the HS if we’re complete.

Now that everyone is getting more comfortable with Zoom, it’s easier. Zoom is also so easy for recording sessions.

In-person sessions are more work – the room I use is also a guest bedroom and a sick bay, and I’m not doing a lot of in-person sessions these days, so I have to tidy up, clean the bathroom, etc.

In either case, I never do more than one in a day.

Sessions demand a lot of concentration and intention, so afterwards I usually take time to relax and do something that doesn’t require concentration and intention, like wander aimlessly in the garden or go for a walk. That’s the same whether the session is online or in person. I’m used to being on the computer a lot anyway, so it’s not so different.

My sessions are three hours in length. For the first hour, we develop rapport and gain clarity on the questions. My induction typically takes about 13 minutes unless I do preliminary relaxation exercises, if required.

Time in trance is anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes, depending upon the client end how quickly and easily the information comes forth. The last 30 minutes or so is for debriefing, grounding, and extra time for overage. Every now and then, I’ll have a session that goes 3 1/2 hours. They pay one fee for the session no matter how long it takes.
In the beginning, I did online sessions, and although there weren’t really any differences in terms of outcome or “success” rates, I made a decision to discontinue those. I really just don’t like doing them, as I much prefer BQH clients in person.

Luckily, because I work with my husband Will, if we have remote clients, we will do a surrogate session, during which we channel the clients higher self and ask the same types of questions that we would in a BQH session. Those sessions are more conducive to the online setting, in my experience. Will induces himself in about a minute and those sessions are 60 minutes in length. A lot less time consuming since I don’t have to induce a client, etc.
