Hello everyone, I’m trying to figure out the performance of the quantumhealers.com website. How many monthly leads/customers do you receive through this website?

@Directory_Admin would be able to help with that.I know personally I get a lot of leads from QuantumHealers.com.

Hey Elisa,
This won’t help as much as you’d like, but it’s true – performance in terms of number of inquiries sent is HIGHLY variable.
Every week we get about 2,000 new users to the site, which results in about 6-8,000 page views on an average week. (we did get a HUGE spike for our *worldwide regression week* last year, and @Candace_CrawGoldman is about to drop info about how you can be involved in that this year if you’d like)
We are having the profile stats (available here in your account: https://www.quantumhealers.com/account/stats) upgraded for everyone (thank you @Cindy_Kim for your help making that happen!) they have been patchy, and not reporting all the data, but even with what is being reported in your account I can see some useful info.
Also doing a quick audit of your page, I can see a few things that you might consider changing/updating – I’ll send you an email about that.
Here are the 3 BIGGEST differences between accounts that get send many inquiries vs those that don’t:
1. Content Creation (articles/video/photos of your space)
2. IN FOCUS, RECENT, WELL LIT photo, one where we can see your face.
3. Lots of info in the “about” section so the potential clients can start feeling out who you are.Basically, share yourself, and keep adding content.
-
I will also say those who have REVIEWS/RECOMMENDATIONS on their profile page are far more active than those who have none.
Potential clients want to know you have helped others and this helps build trust.
No reviews looks (to some) like you are not doing the work- even if you ARE.
NEW? Have other practitioners whom you have practiced on/traded sessions leave you a review!🙂

Thank you Ladies @Candace_CrawGoldman and @Directory_Admin
Sometimes it’s difficult to know where the client should leave reviews. It can be in so many places! Facebook, your website, Google search, my website, QHHT Official website, etc.. I’m not sure how to manage it because I can’t ask the customer to post in different places.@Directory_Admin – got your email and I’m so very thankful for your review.

B”H@Elisa_HerreraWright I ask clients to send me a copy of the review and take care of most of the posting myself. Since the Quantum Healers has a limit on the characters I edit the review and then send it to the client for their ok. Clients often don’t realize what the most important parts of the testimonial are. Also since clients usually check out my website I find that having the testimonials in a noticeable place which is easily accessible to be helpful. Often clients say that they chose me over other practitioners because of the number of testimonials.Blessings

@Malka_Ahern – what character limit are you seeing? We did have a problem ages ago briefly with there being a short character limit, but to my knowledge we had is expanded that to a it’d-be-really-hard-to-max-out amount and it hasnt reverted.
I just test posted a review on @Candace_CrawGoldman ‘s page with 9,245 (about 1300 words of lorem ipsum)
let me know what limit you’re seeing so we can expand it again. -
B”H@Directory_Admin It was a while back that the issue came up. I haven’t tried to post any reviews recently. Thanks for letting me know. I’ll tell people to post directly again and take a copy from their to my website. It’s much easier that way.Blessings

I finished the BQH class almost a year ago and I have had two sessions. One was from a business card I put up in the health food store and the other one was with a lady that I came into contact with for a totally different reason. I sometimes wonder if I am supposed to be in this business since I am not getting clients.
Love and Light to all the members. I hope all of you are doing well and getting clients.

Hi Margaret
I saw this come in just now and popped over to your directory listing.
Have you considered changing your description to one that inspires more magic and confidence? You don’t have to have ANY sessions under your belt to describe yourself and why someone might choose you to provide this service. What brought you to BQH, what inspires you?
Have you thought about asking your clients to leave a review? Maybe you could swap sessions with other practitioners to have them write a review? Almost all clients want to read reviews.
You could write some articles and post them on your listing.
You could record a video of yourself talking about the magic of quantum healing and put that on your listing.
You could go to local metaphysical events and swap in person sessions with massage therapists, etc.
These are some of the things that typically attract clients.
Most kind regards,
Candace

Hi Margaret,
If you’d like…and this is for anyone interested….we’re more than happy to give you our thoughts on your personal Directory Profile. We see what’s working and what’s not every single day, and even though we post about that information regularly, sometimes it gets missed.
Here are a couple of general items for everyone that makes a HUGE difference on whether or not people ‘engage’ with your profile.
1. Is your photo current, in focus, high quality and does it give potential clients the opportunity to ‘see’ the real you? Usually that means being able to look clearly in your eyes if you know what I mean.
2. In your ‘About’ section are you telling the best story about yourself and are you keeping it current.
3. Are you producing content (articles, blog posts, videos, etc) so that clients get to know you better?
4. Are you active on social media platforms, do the links work, is the content fresh, etc.XO…The Support Team

Hi Candace,
Thank you for the advice. I will give it some thought. There aren’t any metaphysical events near me so I would have to travel a ways to find any and they are few and far inbetween. I will see if I can write something suitable to put in my profile where people would see it. I appreciate your advice and suggestions.
Love and Light to you and your family.

B”H@Margaret_Quednau here’s a trick that I used in my coaching days to kick things off right after finishing the course. It brought me in 100 sessions with 35 clients. 15 of them became ongoing clients and things went from there.I took on a challenge to do 100 sessions (free) in 30 days. I picked this up from the coaching school’s practitioner forum where it was going around. There’s a magic number of doing around 30 sessions to get comfortable with a new methodology and by the time you’ve hit 100 sessions you’ve settled into your own style and way of doing things. The sessions were all via Skype or phone, ( now a days it would have been via Zoom), one hour long and people could book a maximum of 3 sessions.90% of the people came from my LinkedIn contacts. On LinkedIn at that time you could send out bulk messages to up to 50 contacts. The message was written like an email, (short and sweet) and focused on how great the method was, the benefits people could get out of it, and how I just graduated and really wanted to bring it, (the method), into my pacific community. I don’t think that there was a subject line so the first line took it’s place with the announcement that 100 free sessions were being given away in a 30 day challenge. There’s a thing about limited time challenges that makes people want to join in.BTW, I wish that someone had mentioned to me then about requesting testimonials from free-bee clients. If you or anyone else would be interested in adapting this type of campaign to kick off your practice I’d be more than happy to lend a hand.Blessings
