I subscribed to Otter, but can’t figure out how to use it. It creates the transcript which you can only look at in the program, I am not even sure if my clients ever got transcripts shared with them (I just do it occasionally for most interesting sessions, I do not offer it as a service) I would love to be able to create either word or google document files and be able to edit the text – but I do not see any options to do that or any HELP in otter whatsoever. Is this one of those new AI sites which start charging money before creating any kind of ‘customer service desk”? I already run into a similar issue with midjourney.ai – the “text to image” AI program, which wants you to subscribe and pay them, but it is extremely difficult to navigate. Did anybody figure out tricks to use otter for writing, and not just looking through the text in the program?

Hi Irina you can save (export) transcripts in Otter as a doc file.

That may or may not be available in the free version. On my account right NEXT to the blue share button in the upper right, there are three dots. Clicking on those dots brings up a dropdown menu.

Here is a photo. I use that “Rematch speaker” option a lot.
