  • How to find and save your own old posts?

Irina Nola Posted by Irina Nola on 2025-11-12 at 10:57 PM

I want to save my old posts on my computer, but I can’t figure out how to do that. in the past I would just search my name and all my posts would line up, but I tried to do that, and nothing showed up but weekly digests. I would love some instructions. I also wonder – do you have software to just copy all my old posts and save them in one file, and send it to me – like they do it on Facebook if you request all your material?

    Hi Irina,

(I answered your email several days ago on this topic.)

For others, you can view your activity by clicking on the conversation bubbles button under your picture on the top right corner of this page. Remember that you in particular, Irina, have two profiles so you need to check both.

No, unfortunately we do not have any software that allows you to download all your activity. If we did find a way to do it, it would only be your specific entries with no thread context as we wouldn’t want to violate other practitioner and client privacy.

    Kind regards,

    Tom

Thanks, I figured it out. I wish it was possible just to pull out topics, as most of these files are replies, and I do not need them, only descriptions of my sessions.
