legal issues and liability insurance in Germany
Dear Forum family,I am currently busy setting up my business in Germany, so am trying to find out how to best proceed with offering BQH without getting into legal trouble ;)…I am a psychologist, but not trained as a therapist (so don’t have a license to do healing of any kind like an “Approbation”) I have applied for a license to be able to practice under the “Heilpraktikergesetz”, but it will take at least one year from now to go through. So I now have to set up a website ect. trying to explain what I am offering without making the impression I would want to heal anybody or doing therapy in any way. The legal situation in Germany seems to be quite strict in this regard. Therefore, does anyone who practices in Germany, have any advice on how best to approach this (which descriptions to use, which to avoid etc)? I am also looking for recommendations for liability insurance, and professional legal advice if anyone knows anone they can recommend!Any advice greatly appreciated!Much love! <3
