  • Looking for a FREE e-signature for a responsibilities and liabilities release

    Hey BQH Practitioners:

I’m trying to find a FREE service like Docusign (that’s a paid service) that allows my ONLINE clients to fill out and SIGN my Responsibilities and Liabilities Release form. I don’t want to pay for the service because I don’t have that many clients per month to justify it. I used jotform which has 10 free signatures per month and they came back saying it was a HIPAA document and it required an upgrade an expensive one too. What do you use for your ONLINE clients to fill out and LEGALLY SIGN the form? Thank you.

Check into Zoho in the bookings app (I think that is where it is for them).  https://www.zoho.com/bookings/

They offer the ability to create forms for clients to fill out – HIPPA compliant. I haven’t yet used that specific feature but getting ready to.  They offer a free trial, after that there is a price.  I’m not sure off hand what the price is, but I its less than docusign.  Zoho has great pricing on many features.  They seem to have a fully integrated set of apps for almost everything we need to run the business.

Check out Signwell. They have a free option that allows you to have 1 document and send that document to up to 3 people per month. If you go for the LIGHT plan, you can have up to 5 documents and send to UNLIMITED people per month.

I plan on using this for my Practice.
