Looking for Logo designer

I am In the process of creating logo for my website and wondering if anyone can recommend a good digital designer/company. I tried Fiverr but unfortunately didn’t have much luck finding a good one as a few I communicated with had shared very “cliche” and similar ideas of the logo, which didn’t resonate with me.
Maybe I have to make another round there and spend more times reviewing their posted gigs prior to contacting them but if you guys can share any referrals would be great! Thank you.

I looked through many websites that offered free to cheap logo template ideas but kept getting drawn back to my favorite Antahkarana symbol. You’ll find something that clicks for you … its out there somewhere ?

Hey Irene,
I don’t have any recommendations for you (we do all our own designs in-house) but I do have an option for you to consider.
Have you considered instead of a logo, you could pick an icon of sorts and add that to whatever new content you produce? For us it’s the red cardinal:
Whatever we produce has the red cardinal on it. This allows us to update images, and *mark* our content no matter what the content is without needing to design around a logo shape. It’s a *brand image* more than a logo, and an icon is relatively easy to fit into ANY design or image.
If you decide to go this route, make sure you get a high resolution PNG file so there’s no background attached to your icon and you can insert it more easily on any image.

@Christine_Shanesy, @Directory_Admin Thank you so much for your suggestions! I thought I’d take an “easy” road (although not cheap) and let the designers do the work but I guess that was my mistake as nothing they suggested had clicked with me.
Thanks again. I like the idea of a symbol/icon, will definitely be looking into this direction! 🙂

@Janet_Ballinger I created it by myself for now as I tried a few different designers but unfortunately it didn’t work out. If the person you’re referring to is a good designer, then yes, by any means please feel free to share their contact. Thanks so much!
