New Platform Update – Oct 24
Hi Everyone,
Firstly, thanks for your patience and perseverance as we try to get this new platform to a stable place. Daily progress is being made but we’re still not at that place when things have quite normalized although we’re getting closer. This is more of the stage best defined as two steps forward, one step back I think.
To that end, a few things that were working fine for over a week decided to stop working late yesterday, all at basically the same time. Namely:
– the uploader (photos, media, etc)
– ‘contact us’ and ‘review me’ forms
– practitioner directory search (results are not accurate based on filters and being duplicated and modalities decided they no longer wanted to be alphabetized)
These items specifically have been moved to the top of the developers list for this morning since they are in that category “used to work and no longer does.” Odds are a change was pushed to the platform that inadvertently created this problem, so hopefully when that change is undone we’re at least back to where we were.
If you’re seeing something significantly wrong, other than the items above, please let us know at [email protected]. We’ll get these latest issues fixed asap and return to fixing the other things minor things that need fixing. Thanks again for your patience.
