New Platform – Update on Day 5 post launch

Hi Everyone,
Just a brief update on Day 5 after our new platform launch. Our assessment is that we are about 70% of where we expect to be at this stage but the interesting thing is the things we were worried about breaking have been rock solid (knocking on wood) and the things that tested well prior to launch are the things with which we are wrestling. Go figure…
So the top 3 items on the Development Team list, in priority order, which are actively being worked are below. Our current expectation is for substantial improvement on these 3 items by the end of this coming week and we’ll update you if that changes.
- Directory Practitioner Search (all facets)
- Presenting ALL reviews to clients, not just 5. (All reviews are in the system, just not presenting the way we want/expected for clients)
- Fix the process to ‘rejoin’ the platform and make credit card updates (linked processes)
A quick word about Forum Email notifications. Some of you are still getting too many emails. This is easily addressed…see the Forum posts at the following link https://quantumhealers.com/community/using-this-forum/why-i-cant-unsubscribe/#post-170689 and/or Lauren’s short video (#3 I think) on how to handle email notifications, in the Forum Help and FAQ category.
Lastly, there are still over a hundred little things that we’ll address over the coming weeks but the Big 3 above have most of our attention at the moment and will go a long way in giving you and us a stable and productive platform.
Thanks much for keeping bugs and issues off the Forum and routed to [email protected]. It’s helped us tremendously to rapidly identify, triage and move issues through the process. Please keep them coming so we can get all items addressed.

I have noticed some of the items listed.
So far I have noticed clicking on the icons is a bit slow to register: The like, heart, smiling face etc. You have to hover just on the right place and then click for it to accept. I will keep an eye on other issues I may find.
I’m sure you will iron out all the little hiccups along the way.
