Good morning.   I tried searching a bit for a few of my questions but maybe I’m missing other discussions on this subject.  Feel free to link the discussions if you know if one that helps me with the following questions.

What is the best calendar/app to keep yourself organized with your schedule?

What apps do you all use and why?

And I’m not extremely tech savvy yet, so does the zoom app/calendar connect to your calendars so they link up together when you’re scheduling an online sessions?

And lastly is there a specific app anyone can advise me to look into that will not  only keep my schedule but also offers a place to record my thoughts after the session and keep my notes in?

Many thanks,  I love organizing myself in the best ways possible.

I use google calendar. It’s linked to by booking system on my website and can automatically generate a Zoom link for the client.

The client will send me all the relevant information I need of which I then also use to write any notes and save it in the Zoom file after their session so it’s all together in one place…

@Chrysilla_Lewies, thank you.  Is the Booking system on your website included in a subscription?  I’m currently using a free website host “Wix” still getting myself familiar with it.

I use Calendly. It links automatically to any calendars I want to check and will add the event to my calendar (gmail). It will automatically create the Zoom link, give any confirmation information I want to send, take a deposit (or full price for the session through PayPal), allow either myself or the client to reschedule. It has really helped my business in the year that I have been using it. It allows seamless scheduling.

If you want to see what my scheduling page looks like, use this link.

I tried Vagaro previosuly, hated it.  Not intuitive, always trying to upsell you as the client that signed up for the service.  Terrible customer service.

I use PocketSuite.  Use it for scheduling, payments, calendar, client self-scheduling, pre-session reminders to clients. It is HIPPA compliant, important if you need this for any other work you may do.  It does so much more that I can’t list it all here.  Their tech support is usually, but not always, quick to get back to me if I have questions.

You all certainly don’t have to use this link, below. . . But if you do get PocketSuite and sign up with this link below, I think they give me $15 or so.   https://pocketsuite.io/refer/bodylight

Here’s their link without the referral tag added on.  https://pocketsuite.io/
