Problem Posting on the Forum ???

Hi Everyone,
A new problem recently popped up where new Forum topic posts, and replies to posts, were not being accepted, nor saved as drafts. You would type something, click ‘add’ or ‘submit’ and it would disappear. Sound familiar?
Well, if so, it’s probably an emoji that is causing the issue and the data base is simply rejecting the post with no notice or error message. Pretty frustrating, we know.
While we work on this issue, please either refrain from using emoji’s or only use the ones that are built into the system that you access by clicking on the smiley face in the lower right corner of the text box where you type your post.
We know in this day and age you should be able to use the emoji of your choice and we’re working on it. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for your patience. We’ll let everyone know here in this category when the issue is resolved. Please contact us at [email protected] to report any other issues you might have.
