I posted in another discussion that I wanted to know if anyone used a transcriber’s services and if so, if they had some sort of agreement in writing. Using feedback from another practitioner who does contract work, I devised my own agreement. Feel free to use it!

My transcriber is a volunteer, so the language does not include payment. If you have someone you’re paying, you might add the payment details.

AAGH! I clicked return and it posted before I put in the file. I appears I can’t go back and edit. Here is the file.

Hi Christi, thanks for this, I am still curious how in the world you find a volunteer to do this… lol.

You actually CAN edit every post you make up to one hour after making it. Click the little gear button. After one hour just contact me or @QH_FORUM or @Directory_Admin and we can assist.

I don’t see a little gear button anywhere, Candace. Could it be my browser (Safari)?

One volunteer is a client who stepped up after transcribing his own session. The other is someone who volunteered after I posted on my Facebook page that I had a volunteer!

Hi @Christi_ClemonsHoffman – so the gear appears on every discussion and comment for an hour then disappears. Here’s where the gear is:

Just click the gear and an edit option appears, you can then edit your discussion and comments for up to an hour after you post.

Hi Christi – that discussion is from two days ago, the gear disappears after an hour. You should currently see gears on your last 3 comments because they are still within the one hour window. Let me know if you’re not seeing the gears on those comments. If you cant see the gear on your last comment until 1:06 pacific time then there’s an issue I need to troubleshoot.
