A timely response (within a day is best) makes for a thriving practice. Please check your listing. Please make sure you understand how this works. Send yourself an inquiry if you want but then ACCEPT your own inquiry to see how that works, because otherwise it shows a pending inquiry on our dashboard!

Thank you for the video. If I understand you correctly if we do not see any messages in our email from the directory – we do not need to check it, right?

Hi Irina,
Mostly yes. Assuming your inbox is not punting the Directory emails to spam, you will absolutely see a notification letting you know there is a client message/ recommendation waiting for you in your account.
If you’d like to make absolutely sure that the Directory emails wont go to spam, you can add [email protected] to your email address book and send yourself a test message on the Directory. That way you can see for sure that messages lands in your inbox.
