  • Welcome to the New QuantumHealers.com Platform

    Hi Everyone,

Well, if you’ve made it this far that’s great as you’re now a member of the new platform, QuantumHealers.com!  What else do you need to do to get off to a good start? Please read these 5 points (even if you don’t like to read ) because they’re important.

    1. Please physically add [email protected] to your email contact list so that your email provider (gmail, yahoo mail, etc) knows that we are approved to send you messages.  This will ensure you get client requests and forum updates.
    2. There will likely be some bugs or weirdness early on…if you encounter anything like that at all, please do NOT make a Forum post about it.  Please let us know at [email protected]. Screens shots help us immensely.
    3. As you will see, all your profile info, your Forum posts and access to classes has transferred over.  ALL your content should be here. If you need to change something in your profile, please use the edit features or again, contact us at [email protected] to help you.  The Directory profile info was the hardest to import so if you see some missing fields, please just go ahead and update your profile. If there are large things missing, like all your articles or videos, please let us know.  We can go grab them manually off the old Directory. Please do not start a new profile in any case.
    4. BQH Students  –  Special note:  Your progress on the course cannot be ported over to the new platform but you have the option to continue to complete the course on the former Ruzuku platform up until Oct 31st if you desire.  If you choose to continue on the new platform, just note where your progress is on Ruzuku and then just pick up from that location on the new platform and don’t worry about the progress bars.
    5. And lastly, Lauren has again created an excellent series of short videos that show you how to do the most common things on this new platform. You can find them in the Forum Help and FAQ’s category or at this link:  New Platform Help Videos Link

Thanks so much for your continued support and being part of this Unique Community. We love you…

Now…so what’s this new platform all about and why have we done this?

Short Version (for those who don’t like to read much)

Having 3 platforms (Forum, Directory, Course) with 3 different logins, no control over those platforms, limited ability to add new features or change what was provided.  After 15 years of this nonsense, I think I can speak for all of us, Members and admins alike…we’ve had enough and it was time for an upgrade.

Long Version (for those who like all the details)

The items above are all true but it’s like we’ve been a renter of our platform for the past 15 years and it was finally time to own something.  The attack on freedom happening everywhere was being felt and although our Forum was private and not indexed by search engines, we still had to rely on our 3 ‘landlords’ to not have an objection to what we do in support of all of you, and the work we all do.  We live in strange times so we just felt it was time to own our platform so we could control every element of it as best we can.  We even carefully selected where our servers actually reside and with whom.

Almost 2 years ago, we started working with a development team to build a new platform from scratch that could provide a private Forum, a global Directory and a system to provide courses.  We had to re-start two different times and like most big software projects we came in way over budget and it took twice as long as we thought it would, even conservatively.  While this was being created we also had to keep the current platform running with all its quirks.

After a bunch of very long nights and weekends, the past 10 months in particular, we’re finally here.  The platform is not perfect yet, but I think you’ll see the early signs of a platform we’ve always hoped for.  We’ll work through the bugs quickly and will start adding new features almost immediately and now that we own it, we can make changes as often as we’d all like.

So, we hope you enjoy this new platform that was built for you and find it easier to use. Easier to find content. Easier and better all around.  This Community is unique in the world…we deserve a platform that serves our unique needs.

    Love…Candace and the Support Team

Thx Allison!  We’re all hands on deck at the moment helping reset passwords and fixing things that worked perfectly 3 days ago, but we’re glad to at least be ‘live’ now. Appreciate the support.

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL INVOLVED – I’m just finishing off the BQH course so am a newbie to this community, but having worked in the tech industry I have a massive appreciation and understanding of the pain, pitfalls, long days and late nights that will undoubtedly have gone into creating and launching this platform – WHOOP, WHOOP, YOU DID IT!!

Wowie it is finally finally here. Allison thank you for always being so present and supportive, you too, Marie. 😉 And so many more of our loyal members.

And Katherine, your comment meant so much to me I read it about 3 times, you really nailed describing the tech challenges. There truly was lots of pain and agonizing waits, shocking bills, mind numbing tasks, and maddening frustrations. There were times that I found myself wondering if we were even meant to persevere! Nothing about this process came easy and none of it was natural to my own creative process. I basically had the role of supporter and cheerleader with a tiny bit of design input. The only way this all actually manifested was because of Tom and Lauren’s stamina, and because I believe we here are meant to usher in, and nurture a new generation of Quantum Healers, and healers in general.

I find it amusing we as healers often talk about “flow” and when supported how easy things seem to manifest. I have come to the conclusion that the tech industry is an exception to this concept. Especially when one has a database as large and complex as ours!

Thinking about it a little bit right now, however, even with all of the delays, the timing seems perfect. Both with world events and happenings closer to home.

And let me repeat what has been said before but is so important. None of this would be possible without our members support. We couldn’t do it without you.

Thank you so, so much. What a monumental task you have  undertaken. It feels very apt to be launching a new platform for a new world with new frequencies unfolding. And censorship free – what a gift! Thank you again for all that you do and for not throwing in the towel! For all of you that made this possible.  May the glitches be small and easy to resolve!

The site looks amazing.  I just got on my laptop to log in.  I’ve only experienced it via my mobile phone.  Congratulations!   I sure hope this means there is some relief in the future days ahead for you all after the long road traveled to get to this point! ❤️ Thanks for the hard work and time it took to make a site so much more accessible for us all.

Hi all – a couple questions here:

    1) Where can clients leave reviews on this new platform? I’m not seeing an entry field for them to leave reviews, just a link where old ones can be seen.

    2) Has anyone experienced significantly fewer potential client information requests since the new forum went live last year? Maybe the SEO has decreased… not sure. Just curious if this is just something on my end.

Thanks so much, have a beautiful day! 😉

@adina-eggen, There is a link for reviews, I personally send a link in my followup email that contains there recording.  In that email I let them know about the forum and nudge them for a review if they feel like sharing.     As far as the client information requests I’m not exactly sure, that is still rather new to me and so I personally feel it’s not a sign up and get recognized but I utilize the forum as one more avenue so I continue to work on my social media, getting out in my community and trying to help others in various ways so my face and name become trusted.

Here is a screenshot of where you find your review link to send to your clients….  It’s on your dashboard right under your profile photo…

    Hi Adina,

Good question. Christina got the first one (thx Christina!)

As to the SEO question, we actually are spending a LOT more money in 2024 than we ever have before on SEO and general marketing for all practitioners.

The one thing I have noticed is that practitioners who work their profile by keeping it current, adding fresh content, etc. get a LOT more inquiries than those who create their profile once and then leave it be. This is a valuable marketing resource but it has to be worked, like all marketing resources.

While I have the opportunity, here are a few things for everyone to note if you have questions about your profile :

    – is your photo current and professional? This photo should be updated routinely and match your current reality. Clients want to see your eyes!  Distant, artistic photos or logos may be beautiful but it’s not what prospective clients want to see.

    – do your reviews reflect recent activity?  Reviews over a year old makes it appear that you are ‘not actively practicing’

    – does your photo gallery and any videos you’ve posted reflect a practitioner with whom your client would feel safe and trusted

    – have you made the effort to write any blog posts that could be added to your profile. Clients can tell a lot about you by how you write and what you say

    – is your About section all about you, or do you take the opportunity to speak to the reader about them. For example, instead of saying ‘I’ve taken this course and this course and I’m an empath’ you can write your About section like ‘I’ve found that my clients have benefited from the methods I’ve learned by letting me be flexible and adaptive to their session needs and by tailoring the experience just for them. That has allowed for amazing life revelations to unfold and facilitated a wide range of self healing’   Etc.  Etc. Take every opportunity to couch your abilities/gifts in terms that benefit your clients

The bottom line with your profile is it’s an opportunity for a first impression. Make it count by keeping everything updated, refreshed and current. Let the clients “see” who you are as a person and practitioner.

    XO…Tom
