What is better – Otter or Zoom business plan?

Otter wants money for long recordings and Zoom wants me to upgrade to a business plan from the pro plan to enable transcription – and I wonder what is better? Did anybody have experience with transcription on both sites? Is there any difference in quality? Otter might be better to transcribe old recordings…Can I share a transcript with the client on Zoom?

It turned out that the Zoom business plan has a minimum of 10 licenses – this is 200$ a month, way too much. (I thought it is just 5$ extra if upgrading from pro plan) Definitely Otter.
