What is the current QH forum policy on commercial advertising?

I am curious – does this forum have any kind of policy on advertising? I do not want to be rude to anybody, but I hate spam, and I would assume that on a paid forum we would not be subjected to any commercial ads – unless they are in a special category – like promotions, classes, sales, etc. I think you should explain it to all of us – what is your policy on that? Can people join this forum to sell stuff or not? I would like to know, Thanks!
