The session was lovely, I slept deeply that night, and woke up pain-free!

I received a couple of Quantum Pain Relief session from Annette where she helped me release some emotions: frustration and guilt. Both of these emotions had bothered me for a very long time. There were times when although my mind wasn’t bothered, frustration had come up from deep inside me. And guilt had been like a giant monster within me that stop me from experiencing life fully – I could never be fully happy or even be fully angry because I felt guilty being those and I had suppressed them. The session was different from what I was used to in other kinds of modalities. I didn’t need to tell Annette anything, and I didn’t need to know what caused those emotions. And it was just gone! The week after frustration was released, something I spend many hours working towards didn’t turn out as good as I thought and I had to abandon it and started it over again. I didn’t feel frustrated at all! I felt lucky that I was able to see it wasn’t good enough and I earned a chance to make it better. I didn’t even have to try to be positive about it. It was natural! The week after guilt was released, some past incidents came to my mind and I experienced some uncomfortable emotions like anger and grief. Without the guilt, I was able to let these emotions pass through rather quickly. I also looked at the incidents and felt no guilt at all. I feel a level of clarify that I had never experienced before. I really enjoyed these sessions. Not only because they worked magic, also because I didn’t have to talk about the past or look for reasons or causes. I simply enjoy my new state of being which is a lot more peaceful.
